My name is Gretchen, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and working with children and families for over 20 years has been my greatest joy. When the demands of managing a medical practice with a focus on quality over quantity became too much, it was time for a change. We closed the doors to our James Island center, Blossom House, in August of 2024. While I can't find balance accepting health insurance and operating under a traditional model independently, my skills, experience, and desire to help children and their families remains strong. 

I am available on a private pay basis for parent coaching and 1:1 therapy to ensure your child stays on track to meet their milestones and avoid any gaps in progress.

I believe therapy should be developmentally appropriate, naturalistic and play based, utilizing your child's interests to motivate them.
