What We Do

We are problem solvers who are here to help!

First, we arrange an initial consultation to meet you and your child and conduct our preliminary assessments. We will get to know you and determine areas where your child and family is struggling. Once we complete our assessments, observations, and interviews, we will customize an individualized treatment plan for your child. The treatment plan may cover a wide variety of skill areas such as language development, listener training, fine and gross motor skills, pre-academic activities, play skills, self-help skills, and social skills- depending on what your child needs. We will create behavior plans to address challenging behaviors while teaching functional replacement skills for the interfering behavior.

Next, we will pair your child with a Registered Behavior Technician (or Technicians/ RBT's) who will be trained on how to implement your child’s individualized program. Our technicians will collect data on all of your child's goals, so we can make data based decisions to maximize progress. As parents and caregivers, you will also receive ongoing training on how to help your child meet their goals and overcome daily challenges.

Our programs focus on a Verbal Behavior Approach (VBA), placing an emphasis on BF Skinner’s verbal operants and the functional use of language to facilitate language development. We strive to make therapy fun and engaging and will use your child’s specific interests to motivate them to learn. You may find us working at the table, out in the community or “playing” on the floor. Our therapy sessions focus on balancing structured work and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to ensure skills are generalized across environments.
